terms of service

As of September 2023:

I am accepting 5-7 slots. First come, first served!
Everyone else after that will be put onto the waiting list.

General

- I have the rights to reject or discontinue any commissions if I feel the need to.
- The rough timeline for a commission is 2 months at least.
- Feel free to DM me (@honiixmilk) on my twitter or instagram anytime if you have any queries!

Procedure

1. Please send your commission request through my DMs using the provided commission form.
2. I will reply to let you know I have accepted your commission and we can discuss further details.
3. After payment, I will start working on a draft sketch. During this stage, you are allowed a maximum of 3 major revisions (e.g. changing poses, facial expressions, etc.)
4. Once we have agreed on the sketch, I will proceed with lineart/colour. Any major adjustments or additions will not be accepted.
5. I will update you on the commission progress regularly. You may also check out my art progress on Trello.
6. Once the artwork is completed, you may ask for a maximum of 3 minor adjustments.

Payment & Refunds

- Commissions will be paid in full upfront.
- Payment will be done through Paypal (I will send you an invoice).
- Refund is permitted only if I haven't started on the commission yet.

Copyright & Usage

- Using the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes is prohibited.
- You may repost the commissioned artwork as long as you include proper credits (tagging, linking to my social media or posting watermarked version)
- Do not trace, change, or plagiarize the commissioned artwork in any way.
- I will ask if you are happy for me to post the completed artwork to my social media. (You have the right to refuse.)
